  • Electrician 

    Role Specific Responsibilities:● Experienced in domestic and commercial electrical installations● Inspection and testing of electrical installations.● Experienced in single and three phase supplies● Problem solving, problem detection and repairing system faults, using a logical approach● Promote a strong behavioural based safety culture● Undertake other tasks as required within personal competencies● Mentor, train and support other engineers in order to develop our in-house development skills● Liaising with clients/customers and other on-site trades regarding our works to obtain relevant information required for the task● Ensure Quality and Health and Safety standards are maintained to required levels
    Requirements:● A valid driving licence and the ability to drive a company van and comply with the requirements of the company insurers.● Strong troubleshooting abilities across a wide range of hardware/software solutions.● A knowledge and understanding of health & safety regulations.   • Plumber/Gas Engineer 

    Role Specific Responsibilities:● Boiler and Heating installs● General Plumbing inc. 1st and 2nd fix● Emergency call outs inc. gas & water leaks● Landlords Gas Safety Checks● Boiler Breakdowns & Repairs● Boiler Servicing● Customer focused individual with a proactive approach to working.● Ability to work on own initiative and or as part of a team● Ability to work safely at all times and the ability to understand the contract and Health & Safety requirements/regulations● Possess effective communication skills with the ability to write technical reports and or communicate verbally with supervisor, manager, helpdesk and client representatives● Ability to identify issues or risks that require escalation as necessary to Supervisor or manager● Be able to take instructions
    Requirements:● Relevant City & Guilds/NVQ qualifications in Plumbing and Heating● A valid driving licence and the ability to drive a company van and comply with the requirements of the company insurers● Minimum 3 years experience● Gas Safe Registered (Essential)● Excellent knowledge of heating and hot water systems with a proven track record of experience● Able to demonstrate exceptional knowledge in plumbing installations, maintenance and repair● CSCS Card

  • Groundworker

    Role Specific Responsibilities:● Setting up site including barriers, safety signage and huts/small work buildings.● Using equipment and tools effectively to perform construction tasks.● Removing and installing drainage and pipework systems.● Laying pavements, kerbs and driveways.● Preparing the ground and foundations in preparation for other construction work to begin.● Digging trenches and moving ground.● Working with waterways and connecting pipework to existing pipework.● Following relevant health and safety procedures and risk management.● Operating plant machinery such as Forward Tipping Dumpers is desirable but not essential (with relevant CPCS card).
    Requirements:● Good problem solving skills● A valid driving licence and the ability to drive a company van and comply with the requirements of the company insurers● A good level of physical fitness to perform required tasks.● A valid CSCS card.● Ability to read technical specifications and diagrams.● Able to work effectively as part of a diverse team.● Previous experience within Groundworks or assisting Groundworkers

  • Joiner

    Role Specific Responsibilities:● Complete 1st and 2nd fix carpentry jobs● Liaise with the Clients, being polite and responding to any issues or queries raised. Refer to site foreman where necessary.● Ensure the site is tidy at all times.● Work in a safe manner using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided.
    Requirements:● 3 years experience of carpentry● Work effectively with the team to ensure the job is complete on time and to a high standard.● Have the ability to read and understand architects/designers drawings● Good communication skills● A positive attitude and passion for delivering the highest quality of customer service and work● Willing to work alone or as part of a team● A valid driving licence and the ability to drive a company van and comply with the requirements of the company insurers● CSCS Card

  • Contracts Manager

    Role Specific Responsibilities:● Surveying of works and production of quotations, leading or assisting in the pricing and submission of tenders.● Managing project H&S documentation including CPPs and RAMS in liaison with H&S manager.● Producing and managing project programmes and timelines● Management of directly employed staff and sub-contractors● Management of on-site H&S including undertaking of site audits/inspections in line with company standard procedures● Attending project meetings and production of various reports and project documentation.● Contributing to planning of works, briefing project teams, contractors and suppliers.● Managing and carrying out of commercial valuations on projects and agreement of project accounts● Work closely with other internal departments (commercial. H&S) and external (client, design team) to ensure the contracts are delivered on time and within financial budgets.● Role will be office based however there will be a requirement to make regular site and client visits.
    Requirements:● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously● Proactive approach to management● Excellent time keeper with solid man management skills.● Knowledge of conservation/restoration methods alongside broad knowledge of general construction.● A valid driving licence and the ability to drive a company van and comply with the requirements of the company insurers● SMSTS

  • Office Administrator 

    Role Specific Responsibilities:● Creating and uploading key documents onto the company portal and database, with accompanying client emails and subsequent active tracking of approval of the documents.● Obtaining information to meet professional compliance needs and accurate transfer of data onto internal systems● Liaising and assisting clients via phone, email.● Processing of incoming post including scanning, indexing and distributing; dealing with outgoing post.● Checking stationery and supplies stock levels, replenishing as required
    Requirements:● 2 years + experience working in professional administration departments or in a similar role.● Excellent interpersonal skills● Impeccable confidentiality; both with company information and staff information● Strong Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge● Experience with managing diaries.● Self-motivated and a desire to improve systems within the business● Team player
